Over Haddon Village Hall is supplied with electricity produced by the photovoltaic panel array on it's south facing roof. This feature has a capacity of 7.8kwh and is linked into the Feed in Tariff Scheme providing an income for the next 25 years. Heating for the hall is provided via an air source heat pump system, linked to under floor heating, which has the capacity to operate at temperatures down to -20C. The air source heat system also provides heat for the hot water to sinks in the kitchen and toilets.
Details of the electricity produced against that being used are detailed in the chart attached to this link.
